Equality and diversity. "Patronising", "Simplistic", "Political correctness gone mad"! These are the sorts of comments we want to avoid.

If ever there is a challenging subject to tackle it's this. Why? Because everyone sees it in a different way. It's about perception. The issues and the way people behave can differ enormously.

We tackle this by putting extra effort into the research phase before we write any scripts. We visit the workplace to get a feel for our audience and the culture and priorities of the organisation.

If we're going to use video reconstructions we take the time to discuss characters and scenarios so the video will be relevant to our audience.

And to make sure the learning is accurate and appropriate, we work alongside subject matter experts to address all the key areas of the legislation.
