Most appraisals involve an employee getting feedback about their performance from their managers. But the best appraisals are based on feedback from a range of people who are familiar with the performance of the person being appraised. That's their manager, people who report to them and people on the same level - their peers. Hence, it's a 360 Degree process.
This online tool helps you manage that process.
- First you identify which people will be giving feedback about an employee.
- The tool then automatically sends out emails. In that email, there's a link to an online questionnaire.
- If they don't complete the questionnaire, a reminder is automatically sent.
- Your results are gathered into a report that you use as part of the appraisal.
