The Service is based on a platform that launches and tracks courses. It runs and records assessments to measure competence and compliance. PLUS a range of tools to help managers perform to their best by getting the best from the people they're responsible for.

The 360 degree feedback tool automates the gathering of feedback for appraisals and training needs analysis. The Management Centre, unlike many Learning Management Systems, provides unified administration. Say you need to know who has yet to complete a particular course - you can nudge them to do so! The Management Centre service will identify who has yet to take the course. Then it's just one click to send out e-mail reminders to all concerned or send online evaluation questionnaires to all those who have completed the training.
