It's great to have you with us! This area is designed to help you get the most from LiveTime. From here registered users can:

• Plan and access your training programme from our session planner
• Access pre-recorded sessions
• Contact us for support.

If this is your first time using LiveTime Learning, take a look at our section on how to access LiveTime.

You can access LiveTime training sessions in four easy steps:

1. Check the session planner for upcoming training sessions and their timings.
2. Add selected sessions to your calendar (Outlook).
3. One or two minutes before it's due to start, click the link for your chosen session.
4. Log in using your username and password. Then, put your headphones on, or turn up your computer speakers.
