Matt Turner

"I see my role on LiveTime as providing down to earth advice that's quick and to the point - strictly practice over theory."

My style? I'd say it's a lively mixture of enthusiasm and creativity though sometimes I get carried away and use the long word when a couple of short ones will do.

After a career in advertising and marketing, Matt has over 8 years experience in performance development and has trained in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

From graduate training to board level coaching, he has worked for numerous companies such as: AON, Canon, Cisco, HSBC, Manpower, Nestlé, NBA and UBS.

Roland Webster

"Yes I do like my travel! And I've been fortunate to mix business with pleasure by delivering training in interesting countries like Kosovo, Macedonia, Ukraine, Poland, and Bosnia."

When I'm not on the road I'm back on the road again because in my spare time I'm busy running marathons.

Roland has 20+ years training experience working with staff at all levels including government departments and universities, museums, the NHS and charities.

Roland is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL) and a Visiting Tutor at the National School of Government.

He's also a qualified workplace mediator and a member of the Professional Mediators’ Association.

Kay Stephan

As well as giving you the tools for the job, training has to be motivational - but I also make sure that all the time spent on development is productive for each and every person.

Kay doesn't just do training. She does inspiration too! An accredited coach (FCIPD), Kay's coaching and training career spans the private and public sectors from manufacturing and banking to the NHS and Probation Services.

Chris Stagg

"You may have heard me on the radio where I do quite a bit of voiceover work when I'm not training for clients like Pret A Manger, Pernod Ricard and Eurotunnel."

What I like about LiveTime is it's interactive. It's live and action-based and the emphasis is on what people can actually go out and do and put into practice which is in sync with my training as an action-learning facilitator.

Chris has designed and delivered training programmes in management and leadership, customer service, team development and culture change.

He's a Visiting Fellow at CENTRIM (Brighton University’s centre for innovation in Business and Management) and has received the Arts & Business Innovation Award for creative training and facilitation.
