Q: Can I begin using LiveTime at any time?
A: Yes, LiveTime runs throughout the year. All sessions can be viewed as standalones and are repeated frequently too, so with a year’s subscription your employees can participate in all sessions.

Q: How do I decide who uses LiveTime in my organisation?
A: The short answer is that everyone can benefit! LiveTime is suitable for all people below senior management level. It offers accessibility, flexibility and significant savings. Our trainers and sales team can help you decide what would work best for you.

Q: Is LiveTime e-learning?
A: Not exactly. It is more like live training, delivered via the internet. This type of training is also referred to as synchronous training (if that helps!). Whatever the label, it delivers practical, live training to your computer. Learners share ideas and opinions live and can view recordings as reminders or if they miss a session.

Q: Is it secure?
A: Yes, all sessions are password-protected. Ask for details on our security and data protection policies.

Q: How do I fit LiveTime into my training programme?
A: Cheeky as it sounds, we see it the other way round. How can your training fit round LiveTime? Once you work with LiveTime, you will see what we mean. LiveTime was specifically developed to replace most classroom training, making significant time and financial savings for you. For some organisations, this alone is enough. For others, it enables them to use the resource savings to put together very select, bespoke training for particular needs.

Q: How can 20 minutes be enough?
A: We specifically designed LiveTime to fit with people’s busy schedules. We have broken down all subject areas so that they can be delivered in small chunks. This takes significant time and effort on our behalf, but the result for you and your staff is quality training that does not eat into the day, which is why staff and managers love it.

Of course if people need to discuss something extra, the trainers always stay in the virtual room after the session to answer questions and share further information.

Q: How quickly can I implement this?
A: We can set you up within seven days of you sending us employee names and email addresses.

However, we recommend you spend time ensuring the sell-in is clear and well-executed internally. We are happy to help you with that and can supply materials and, by agreement, also arrange personal presentations via our trainers.

Q: How can I find if this works for us?
A: We are sure it will. We can run a paid pilot for you with a select group if you need further re-assurance before committing fully. We can also supply you with quotes from our growing list of testimonials.

Q: Does LiveTime require implementing new technology?
A: No. LiveTime requires no plug-ins or extras for the majority of computers. We have specific information on implementing LiveTime on request.

Q: Does LiveTime use up precious bandwidth?
A: No. The technology, and our approach, ensures that it is no more bandwidth heavy than viewing a standard website. We can supply you with more information on this.

Q: Do I need to use a phone to access the sound?
A: No. We think this an unnecessary extra cost for you and an added complication. Listening over the internet (VOIP) is much simpler for all.

Q: What if there are sessions that I do not want people in my organisation to view?
A: Though this is unlikely, we can arrange to block sessions for you, for an additional fee.

Q: Can't I do this in-house?
A: You can. But you will need to be prepared to invest (and tie-up) significant costs, time and operational resources.

Q: Can I measure the training?
A: Yes, we give you monthly reports on session usage by individual. We also run satisfaction surveys to let you know about staff satisfaction and to help us improve our service and offer the sessions people want.

Q: Could you do an extra, bespoke session for my organisation?
A: Yes, for subscribers and an additional cost we can work with you on whatever you need. Bespoke sessions can be delivered exclusively to your organisation, at agreed times.
