Change management training

Communicate changes before it's too late

We're all changing the way we work: new procedures and policies, new initiatives, new product ranges, new IT systems, new culture. As well as being ideal for new skills training such as system simulations, short online change management training courses can help communicate these changes and explain the reasons for introducing them.

Online multimedia trailers can be used to communicate key messages persuasively to everyone at the same time - at all levels, across all locations. Then more in depth online learning explains what this means to you and what you need to do, helping to form an effective change management strategy.

Benefits of effective change management e-learning

There are many benefits to providing high impact change management e-learning for your employees. Below we have listed a few:

  • High-impact visuals.
  • Make changes quickly and easily.
  • A cost-effective way of introducing new systems and processes.
  • Deliver consistent messages - essential if you want to avoid unease and confusion during challenging times.
  • Track how change management e-learning or trailers are being used.
  • Change your company culture with a campaign approach.

Change management training case study: IKEA

"We chose to work with Brightwave because...they came up with high-quality creative ideas that could be turned into engaging yet measurable courses."

IKEA needed to reduce stock going missing in their stores. First we interviewed co-workers to find out the most common reasons for stock going missing. Then we created a detective game set in the audiences' workplace.

Aided by Swedish detective Linda Lund, learners have to find 60 missing chests of drawers by picking up clues in the IKEA store. They did this by speaking to characters, checking out objects and browsing computer systems.
