Meet Brightwave at Learning Technologies 2007
Stand 16, Olympia 2, London, 31 January and 1 February
Brightwave, the workplace communication, learning and performance specialist, will be demonstrating the wide range of learning programmes developed for leading organisations in the UK and Europe. These programmes include a business continuity e-learning portal for Cable & Wireless, performance management for AOL, stock handling training for IKEA, product knowledge training for Thomson, induction for Swiss Re and discrimination training for ScottishPower.
Lars Hyland, Brightwave's Director of Learning Services will be presenting a free seminar with Bryan Krafchik, Principal Consultant on 1 February from 11.30 to 12.00 entitled "E-Learning: Best Practice and Future Trends". This will provide the opportunity to see how bespoke e-learning solutions can dramatically increase the effectiveness of training through embedding context and providing meaningful and realistic practice that can be applied back in real work environments. They will also be discussing how the latest trends will impact workplace learning in the future looking at the role of job simulations, collaborative and informal learning, the power of multimedia and the spacing effect.
