Free Training to Maximise Your Personal Brand on National Learning at Work Day

Brightwave celebrates National Learning at Work Day with new LiveTime Learning leadership-focused course.

Brightwave, the e-learning development company of the year, today announces a free one-off training course to help individuals maximise their personal brand at work. The live 20 minute, webinar-based course will be delivered via the company’s new LiveTime Learning service on 20 May in support of National Learning at Work Day 2010.

The free course to help individuals build their personal brand and maximise their impact at work takes place online at 2pm on 20 May 2010. To attend the live online training course individuals should pre-register* via http://www.brightwave.co.uk/livetime-learning/ and reference National Learning at Work Day.

LiveTime Learning is a new interactive learning channel from Brightwave, delivering a daily schedule of live, webinar-based, 20 minute business training sessions. The live, online service enables time-constrained employees to fit training, on specific subjects, such as leading teams and how to be a great communicator, around their busy workloads.  It also helps businesses meet the new ‘Time to Train’ legislation (introduced in April) by providing cost-effective training for all. For more information, go to www.brightwave.co.uk/livetime-learning.

National Learning at Work Day 2010 on 20 May is part of Adult Learners' Week and has been created to help thousands of people in workplaces across the country learn something new and celebrate learning achievements. For more about the campaign, go to www.campaign-for-learning.org.uk/cfl/workplacelearning/lawday.

Matt Turner, lead trainer at LiveTime Learning, Brightwave's interactive learning channel, said: “National Learning at Work Day is a fantastic initiative, encouraging workers across the nation to learn something new.  We are delighted to offer this live online training course to anyone wanting to improve how they are perceived at work. In just 20 minutes we will demonstrate a simple way to guarantee you get the recognition you deserve at work.”

* Places for the Personal Brand online course on 20 May are limited, and users will be registered on a first come first serve basis. Individuals unable to attend, but interested in trialling LiveTime Learning can contact enquiries@livetimelearning.co.uk for a free organisation-wide trial.
