Brightwave named in prestigious top 50
Brightwave enters the IT training company top 50 in IT Training magazine
Work-place e-learning company Brightwave today enters the IT training sector's prestigious national top 50 for the first time at number 36. The top 50 listing of companies which supply e-learning and IT training across the UK is based on 2008 revenue. The list is researched and compiled by Pardo Fox for IT Training magazine.
Charles Gould, Brightwave's MD said: "We're delighted to enter IT Training's top 50 for the first time – it's a key year for Brightwave and follows our recent Scottish office opening. This year's top 50 further demonstrates the increasing role of engaging e–learning to help businesses deliver much needed training and ensure maximum return from shrinking budgets."
IT Training magazine publishes its national top 50 IT training company listing annually – the magazine is published by the British Computing Society (BCS). Brightwave also recently contributed to a BCS roundtable, which addressed 'the future of e-learning'. Lars Hyland, Brightwave's director of learning services joined the debate which discussed how organisations can save money with e-learning, whether classroom training is finished and how to get the blended learning approach right.
