When not busily searching for misplaced apostrophes or spotting double character spaces at a thousand paces, I'm amusing myself with a spot of writing and playing in a local collective of ukulele outlaws.

The serious stuff

Seffy has over 15 years' experience of quality assurance and testing for e-learning programmes, having previously headed up EpiCentre, the testing and localisation facility. She is responsible for all Brightwave's ISO9001:2000 Quality processes. She specialises in designing appropriate processes for specialist projects, as well as in systems training.
