James has over 20 years' experience of designing and delivering technology based learning solutions. James' background, after some teaching, is in video scriptwriting and instructional design, plus extensive project management experience in the private and public sectors for clients such as BBC, Department for Education and Skills, Department for Trade and Industry, British Airways, LIFFE, Lloyds TSB, UNICEF, IDeA, ATOC, Learn Direct, Nestlé, PwC and Virgin Airways.
