About Brightwave

Brightwave was established in 2000 to deliver high impact and engaging bespoke e-learning solutions to a growing corporate market.

Brightwave opened its new Scottish office in March 2009 to further support its Scottish client base and strategic expansion.

Brightwave's full e-learning service leverages the most suitable technologies to meet the client goal including interactive games and social media. Programmes are tailored to an organisation and its needs to provide the right training to the right people in the right format, at the right time.

Clients

Brightwave clients are large organisations with specific training needs from onboarding to major business transformation programmes. They need an expert partner to create and implement bespoke e-learning programmes to engage and support their people. Clients include BT, Bupa, DHL Logistics, EDF Energy, IKEA, ScottishPower, Sky, Swiss Re, T-Mobile, TUI, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin Atlantic Airways as well as public sector organisations like the Healthcare Commission, City of Edinburgh Council and Office for National Statistics.

Project teams

A highly experienced e-learning design and development team is created for each client project, selecting the right skills and experience and offering advice and help, as it’s needed.

Key people

Brightwave’s management board is one of the most experienced e-learning teams in the industry with over 80 years experience in implementing learning and digital technologies to drive change. They include Charles Gould, Managing Director, Lars Hyland, Director of Learning Services, Virginia Barder, Director of Projects, Alison Mitchell-Innes, Director of Production and Cheryl Clemons, Communications Director.
