Brightwave and PwC win compliance award at the E-Learning Awards 2010
Following the success at the 2009 E-Learning Awards, Brightwave has triumphed again. Brightwave in partnership with PwC scooped gold for 'Meeting the needs of compliance for an external regulator or an internal workforce'. The award recognised the design and business impact of a bespoke video e-learning portal created to train all PwC employees in 'Independence'.

A second success this time with Bupa Health & Wellbeing UK for 'Best use of rapid e-learning content' recognised Brightwave and Bupa's large scale rapid e-learning programme, incorporating 400 modules and 60 competency tests.

Following the success at the recent E-Learning Awards, Brightwave and Bupa Health & Wellbeing UK have now been shortlisted for an IT Training Award, in the category of 'Learning Technologies Solution of the Year'.
Brightwave and Sky win CCA’s Most Effective Training Programme 2009 Excellence Award
Sky in partnership with Brightwave picked up the highly coveted Customer Contact Association (CCA) Excellence Award for Most Effective Training Programme 2009. Facing tough competition with ten on the short-list, the award recognises the innovative ‘Get Up To Speed’ onboarding internet portal which accelerates time to target performance for all new Sky contact centre staff helping them build knowledge before their start date.

Brightwave take best e-learning award at DiMA:S
Brightwave picked up the Best in E-Learning Award at the 2008 DiMA:S (www.thedigitalmediaawards.co.uk) for their back-safety e-learning course on behalf of Virgin Atlantic. The course beat stiff competition and was short-listed alongside DB Education and Purple Media.

The scenario-based customer service and sales training course we developed for First Choice Foreign Exchange staff was internationally recognised when it was awarded Gold in the custom content category at the 2005 Brandon Hall Awards.

Special Mention at the E-Learning Age and e-Learning Network awards
Together, Brightwave and ScottishPower achieved a special mention for 'best use of a learning content management system' at the inaugural E-Learning Age and e-Learning Network awards in October 2005.

Silver IVCA award for internal multimedia.
The innovative health and safety training programme that we produced for BSkyB received a silver award at the International Visual Communication Associate award ceremony in April 2005. The IVCA judges commented about it being a "highly interactive course using a strong mix of different media, delivered within a clean design and user-friendly interface."

Bronze IT Training awards for 'e-Learning Project of the Year'
An interactive systems training course that we created for T-Mobile (UK) was awarded Bronze in the 'e-Learning Project of the Year' category at the IT Training award ceremony in February 2005. The system simulation course was part of a large change management project and has delivered clear business benefits.
The judges were particularly impressed with how the course developers considered different audiences and their learning styles and then tailored the content and interactive exercises to suit the learner's needs.

The 2004 Scottish e-Learning Alliance Award
ScottishPower scooped the Scottish e-Learning Alliance award for best e-learning course in December 2004. The course had been developed using some of our technology and has contributed to ScottishPower improving their health and safety standards.
