Brightwave success leads to further expansion

Continued growth creates new roles for project management

Workplace communication, learning and performance specialist Brightwave has expanded the size of its project management team as a result of consistent project growth of both new and existing client contracts.

The management team now has two additional Project Managers, Faye Crowther and Jane Moore who are both based at the central Brighton office.

"The recent expansion of our core team ensures we can best fulfil the commitment we make to our clients at every step of the process." said Charles Gould, Managing Director at Brightwave. "Our Project Managers reflect the needs of our clients and strengthen the contact throughout the duration of the relationship." He continues "This role is increasingly important for us. We want to maintain our level of market leadership and continue to offer the high level of effective learning experiences that we produce. They are the core of our efficient, flexible production processes."

Faye Crowther, Project Manager

Faye has a strong training and development background and has managed e-learning projects for both client and supplier organisations over the last five years. After spending four years as E-learning Manager for the Institute of Directors, she joins Brightwave from Fuel IT where she worked with clients such as Eversheds, Linklaters, UBS and Waitrose to develop compliance-based e-learning solutions. Faye is CIPD and PRINCE II qualified.

Jane Moore, Project Manager

Jane joined Brightwave in January and brings with her over 10 years’ experience in the e-learning industry most recently as a Project Manager at Epic Group PLC. Jane is PRINCE II qualified and has worked with both private and public sector organisations such as Deloitte, Thomson, Barclays, RBS, Ingersoll Rand, Ufi, MoD and Inland Revenue.
