Brightwave and T-Mobile Win Bronze at the IT Training Awards

The interactive systems training course that Brightwave created for T-Mobile (UK) was awarded Bronze in the 'e-learning project of the year' category at the IT Training Award ceremony, held in London on 3 February. The system simulation course was part of a change management project designed to enable T-Mobile to go-to-market faster and it has delivered clear business benefits.

The judges were particularly impressed with how the course developers considered different audiences and their learning styles and then tailored the content and interactive exercises to suit the learner's needs. The course, for example, uses Brightwave's proven 'Show Me/Try It' simulation design to cater for both learning through trial-and-error, and learning by seeing a model before trying. The training programme also included several short presentations that introduced employees to the changes in an informative and engaging way.

"We chose to work with Brightwave because we had worked together successfully on an earlier communication project so we knew they were flexible, had a 'high-energy' approach and would deliver a high-quality solution on time and budget," said Matthew Harris, T-Mobile's SAP Business Capability Manager.
