Brightwave Expands Project Management Team in Response to Increased Demand

Brightwave, one of the UK ’s fastest growing e-learning specialists, has recently made three senior appointments to its development team to cope with growing demand. James Cory-Wright has been appointed Head of Learning Design, Ian Daniels has been appointed Project Manager and Alison Mitchell-Innes has been appointed Resource Manager, to manage the company’s growing client base.

James Cory-Wright, Head of Learning Design

James Cory-Wright, Head of Learning Design With more than 18 years of experience of designing and delivering technology-based learning solutions, Cory-Wright has gained extensive instructional design skills from projects both in the private and public sector. He has worked with clients such as the BBC, British Airways, Lloyds TSB, the Department for Education and Skills, and Prudential. At Brightwave, Cory-Wright is responsible for ensuring that all materials are designed and written to meet strict pedagogical requirements and creative standards.

Ian Daniels, Project Manager

Ian Daniels, Project Manager After an MSc in Information Systems, Daniels gained extensive web development skills and, while working for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister as an e-communication strategist for 18 months, accreditation as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Before joining Brightwave, Daniels created and managed a number of websites for Wired Sussex. His practical background makes him well suited to manage a range of Brightwave’s large projects with blue-chip clients such as Nestlé and Microsoft.

Alison Mitchell-Innes, Resource Manager

Alison Mitchell-Innes, Resource Manager Previously Operations Manager for e-learning vendor KnowledgePool, Mitchell-Innes has a strong technical background from various IT roles before she moved into e-learning. She has worked on projects for clients such as the Royal Bank of Scotland , UFI and the College of Optometrists. As Resource Manager for Brightwave she is responsible for ensuring that all projects are fully resourced with appropriately skilled staff that can work to tight deadlines. In addition, Mitchell-Innes is also an experienced project manager.
