Communicating consistently with engaging e-learning

When THUS, one of the UK's leading providers of voice, data, Internet and interactive services, decided to renew its corporate induction programme they turned to Brightwave. Together, the companies created six e-learning modules that THUS now uses to introduce new arrivals to the company both before and after they join.

"We wanted an excited and attractive e-learning experience for our newcomers," said Steve Davis, Head of Development, THUS. "We chose Brightwave because they had creative ideas and were in tune with our requirements."

He explained: "We recruit about 60 new people every quarter and we wanted to mix our face-to-face sessions with engaging e-learning modules that could easily convey our company messages and policies."

Using e-learning as part of a blended induction experience helps companies like THUS to improve employee performance and build on their new employees' high motivation right from the start.
