We employ a full-time Quality Manager to make sure that the quality process is an integral part of production from the start, right to the end of a project. Our whole approach to project management is underpinned by our ISO9001 accreditation.

Our production process is based on a structured and centralised quality assurance system that consists of a variety of tools and templates to ensure that we deliver a consistent high level of service. We review and improve our processes on a regular basis so that we can:

  • Maintain an effective quality assurance system complying with International Standard ISO9001:2000.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances our reputation.
  • Endeavour, at all times, to maximise client satisfaction.

At each stage throughout the project there are a number of quality review points and deliverables that are released for sign-off. These allow our clients to check they are happy with the design and the direction in which the project is progressing, and set out the assumptions that subsequent stages of the project will build on.

Sign-off points at key stages are important opportunities for clients to review the results of the work so far, ensuring that it truly reflects what has been asked for, discussed and agreed. We then carry out thorough testing of content, functionality and technical compatibility before each release.
