Meet the team:
Charles Gould, Managing Director
The founder of Brightwave and its Managing Director, Charles has 13 years' experience of designing and producing e-learning solutions for corporate clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Epic, and BT. At the end of 2000 Charles left PwC, where he was a Senior Manager and Principal Consultant, to set up Brightwave. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
Virginia Barder, Operations Director
Virginia has more than 20 years' experience of designing and producing interactive multimedia and e-learning programmes for both private and public sector organisations. Having worked for British Airways, Ford, the BBC, British Rail, and HarperCollins among many others, she has been responsible for a number of award-winning e-learning programmes. Virginia is responsible for ensuring project quality (in all its aspects) across all projects.
Alison Mitchell-Innes, Resource Director
Alison has worked in the IT, multimedia and e-learning industries for more than 20 years. She has a strong technical background combined with extensive experience in project management and operational management. Her clients have included BT Openreach, DHL, Ford, Unilever, Royal Bank of Scotland, Allied Irish Bank and Nationwide. Among other operational and production activities, it is Alison's responsibility to ensure that all projects are resourced with appropriately experienced and skilled people as required.
Cheryl Clemons, Communication Director
Formerly Director of Wired Sussex, which supports 1,000 digital media companies, Cheryl has 15 years' experience of using digital technologies to enable positive change. She has developed successful communication strategies, awareness raising campaigns, and business support networks, for both private and public sectors (BT, Business Link, DTI, Learn Direct, Kuoni Travel).
